Cabot Indonesia, Cabot's largest Carbon Black Facility investment in Asia
Pacific Region, having two manufacturing sites Cilegon and Merak.

As part of our business strategy, currently we are looking for bright,
highly qualified candidate, capable of providing excellent performance with
self-integrity
and good teamwork to fulfill the vacancy of:

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Person:
Must be a Mechanical Engineering graduate from reputable university.
Should have more than 5 years experience in multinational company.
Has proven track record in supporting day to day operation, maintenance,
equipment design and execution as well as strategic long term planning.
Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Plant Maintenance, PM/PdM program and Root
Cause analysis method.
Familiar with relevant engineering and mechanical standards
Good problem solving skill
Trustworthy, good communication skill, interpersonal skill and able to work
as a Team.
Should have proven skill in multidisciplinary work environment and exposed
to high safety standard work culture.

Job Profile:
Support day to day operation in coordination with maintenance and operation
team to allow plant operates at intended capacity.
Ensure plant reliability is maintained by advising appropriate cost
effective maintenance approach
Provide technical analysis on tactical problem as well as long term
planning.
Ensure every work are meeting target while complying with all SHE
regulations and follow engineering standard.
Join responsibility with reliability team in developing effective PM/Pdm to
improve plant equipment reliability at the lowest sustainable cost
and ensure the program in executed as per planning.
Shall promote a safe and multidisciplinary work culture as well as team
work among the project team.
Effectively practice Performance Based Management by coaching, training and
developing employees,
direct as well as matrix reports, and assuring effective alignment with the
matrix functions.
Ensure quality and quantity of staff and contract.
Knowledge of Maintenance Management System is preferred and ensure it is
operated as intended
