PLANNING MANAGER – BALIKPAPAN BASED (INDONESIA)
Areas of Responsibility:
• Plan, coordinate, monitor, evaluate and control all planning activities up to estates to comply with approved budget.
• Plan GIS Operation
• Survey
• PIMS and PCS
• PQA and HQA
• Environment
• Monitor in compliance to planning concept, system and procedure and giving feed back for continuous improvement
• Prepare periodic accurate reports for related parties consumption
• Keep all planning documents in confidential but orderly manner and for ease of retrieve whenever needed.
• Obey superior order as per company rules and regulation
Job Requirements :
Education/Professio
• Bachelor in Forestry, 7 years consistent of good performed Planning Superintendent without break.
Business Knowledge/ Special Skills
• Understands and experience of intensive planning concept and all Program such as PIMS, PCS, PQA, HQA etc.
• Understand and experience of company fiber business.
• Computer literate
Language; Must understand at least two languages, 1 is English plus another one is the local language's;
Other Preference;
• Good Health and Fit
• Enjoy field and outdoor activities
