[Head-Hunter] Vacant for Golf Resort General Manager

 

Our Client, a Golf Court and Resort Management Company is looking for the position:

 

Golf Resort General Manager (Code: GRGM), based in Bali

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow membership and/or customer base.
• Generate revenue by acting as sales manager for the entire club; managing the reservation system and procedures in accordance with IGC standards and guidelines;
• Manage budget and expenses
• Manage staff by providing training, direction, supervision, evaluation and corrective action when required;
• Manage facilities by working closely with Superintendent, F&B Manager and all other department heads to ensure compliance with IGC standards
• Protect the integrity of the organization and the safety of members, guests and employees
• Implement and support all IGC initiatives and programs as requested by management

 

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Good command in English both oral and written
• Related Education and experience in hotel or condominium at least 5 (five) years at the same position
• A good team player and pleasant personality
• Enthusiastic, broad minded, good analytical thinking and matured.
