URGENTLY REQUIRED   PT. Smart Rapid Reader, We are an English course for children 3 - 12 years old. Emphasize in reading and writing with phonics method and personal approach. Looking for professional, ambitious and highly motivated individuals to join our team in a successful company for the position as:   OPERASIONAL MANAGER Responsibilities: Job Description: Leads hands on management of franchise education to accomplish franchise goals in profitability, market share, product & service, and team member productivity, development & retention. Executes all company standards, programs & systems and ethical business practices. Requirements: Male Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree; Required skill(s): Minimum experience of 2 years in hands on multi unit supervisory experience, operated successful cash-oriented business, must be able to work under high pressure, scheduled or unscheduled; Strong leadership entrepreneurship, good communication and people management; Proficient in english writing & reading; At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan. Full-Time positions available.
