One of our clients, an international company in the world with network worldwide market focusing in Manufacturing, Communication and Power Plant is looking for a qualified candidates to fill the position for :
SALES ENGINEER ( MBP 217 – 02 – 04 )
Mission of Function :
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with products, solutions and services. Handles requests and provides customer service, guidance and support. Develops solutions to resolve problems. Pro-actively approaches customers to make sure the client's products and systems are preferred. This includes training, sales support, testing, engineering support, customizing applications and solutions, responding to customer inquiries and promoting products, solutions, and services.
Requirements:
1.Min. Bachelor of Engineering in either Electrical or Mechanical
2.Max. 30 years old
3.3-4 years in related field preferably in BMS/HVAC (Building Management System/Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning) Industries
4.Experience in trouble shooting & handling of customer complaints with project
5.Product management experience preferred
6.Willing to travelling around and outside Indonesia
7.Work location is in Jakarta
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR SALES ENGINEER
1.Strong front sales background and proven record
2.Directs execute service / engineering activites. He/she is responsible for engineering requirements, cost control and quality completion of assigned tasks
