[Head-Hunter] Customer Service Executive - Supply Chain (TOTAL OIL Indonesia)

PT TOTAL Oil Indonesia, an affiliate of Total Group who now begins to play its role in downstream business in Indonesia, is now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our Supply Chain team.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be required to handle all orders coming from distributors, co-ordinate with Logistics department for dispatching, and to conduct general Customer Service activities. You will get to ensure that the whole Supply Chain process runs well.

You need to possess the following qualifications to be considered as a strong candidate:
1. Diploma degree, mainly in Management or IT, but others are also welcome
2. Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially in using Microsoft Excel
3. Having knowledge in Microsoft Access would be a strong point, while familiarity with SAP.would be an advantage
4. Previous relevant experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
5. Meticulous
6. Tough but yet able to maintain emotional level and pleasant attitude in dealing with various kinds of people.
