OBJECTIVE
Assist Compensation and Benefit Executive in performing day to day operational administrative all aspect of Compensation and Benefit.
REQUIREMENT
· Female
· Min. Diploma Degree from reputable university prefer from Financial Management or Accounting
· 1-2 years experience in similar functions, preferably from multinational company
· Familiar with payroll system
· Familiar with employee tax calculation
· Strong analytical
· Result and Process Oriented
· Detail Oriented
· High initiative, proactive and able to work with minimum supervision
· Good interpersonal and communication skill
· Good command in English both spoken and written
· Computer literate
