Finance Management Head Division
Reporting directly to President Director, this role is primary responsible for leading 6 departments such as: Finance, Accounting, IT, Tax, Internal Control (Audit), and Sales Administration. Your major responsibilities are established, develop, and standardize financial reporting, controls, procedures, security, and budgets. Oversee proper implementation of administrative functions: Human resources management including payroll and all related administrative documentations. You also responsible to conduct strategic review with IT Manager to optimize IT function in supporting business process with adequate control.
The incumbent must have proven ability to persuade and influence with strong understanding of finance, accounting, tax, administration, internal control, and IT for at least 5 – 10 years experience at related company. Holding at least S1 degree majoring Economic, accountancy preferred. Fluency in English is essential in this role.
