A fast growing group of companies in trading and shipping is looking for :

SENIOR SECRETARY (Code : SS)

General Requirements:

Female, age between 28-35 years old;
Min D3 Secretarial Academy with minimum 5 years experience as secretary and at least 2 years in senior level;
Excellent in English both written and spoken, Mandarin or Japanese fluency would be an advantage;
Good communication skill, have a strong willing to work, excellent in computer skills including fast and accurate typing;
Has strong initiative and able to perform multi tasking skills well;
Excellent competency in handling general secretarial duties, such as correspondence, prepare presentation and minutes of meeting, filling, setting arrangement;
Willing to work in long hours;
Honest, highly disciplined, well-organized, detailed oriented, self-driven, self-confident, and good memory;
Good in teamwork and ability to work with limited supervision.
