VP HRD

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze, recommended, implement and evaluate organizational effectiveness programs / initiatives and change management activities in the Operation area to ensure human capital and the organizational are effective and able meet current and future business requirement and optimize organization performance.

 

Requirements:

  • Male / Female
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Master degree from well known university and related major (Psychology or Human Resources Management) preferred
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as HR Manager from Banking
  • Preferably, Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in HR Concept, HR Strategic, HR Consulting and Organizational Development or Recruitment / Staffing
  • Conduct training need analysis based on data from performance management process (Year end Review & Objective Setting).
