[Head-Hunter] Vacancy for Secretary Contract Based

We are a Multinational Company (Complete Solutions for Pulp and Paper) looking for a young talented & professional candidate to join our  team as :

GENERAL SECRETARY - 1(ONE) YEAR CONTRACT BASED

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Minimum Diploma Graduated from Secretarial Institution
2. Has experience in secretarial duties/Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
3. Fluent Spoken & Writen English is a must
4. Have Computer Skills : Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Exel
   
   
   JOB SUMMARY :

1. Ensure that all administration issues for all divisions activities are provided satisfactorily and efficiently.
2. Manage Incoming & Outgoing mails & telephone calls
3. Handling day by day Petty Cash
4. Handle the accommodations, overseas travelling, visa, ticketting, hotel arrangement for all divisions
5. Assist Sales Divisions to the company's paper administration & documentations

PERSONALITY :
Should have Self-confident and  experienced in handling various jobs under high pressure. Able to work independently. Open for challenge of new situations, and derive much pleasure from improving the abilities and from helping others.
