[Head-Hunter] Lowongan "Repair & Maintenance Supervisor”



Our Client, which is a Large Multinational Oil & Gas company, is currently looking for some talented

 

QUALIFICATION :

  

  • S1 – Engineering Education background
  • Having minimum 10 (ten) in servicing mechanical & electrical equipment.
  • Speaking & Writing proficient English and understand Bahasa Indonesia is desired.
  • Ability to supervise Equipment Maintenance, Equipment Selection, Installation
  • Requires an in depth and detailed knowledge of the operation of the various equipments and processes in the full range of equipment in use and the operating systems.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

 

  1. Responsible to lead Repair & Maintenance workshop
  2. Manage more than 20 employees in Jakarta and Balikpapan
  3. Implement Standard and procedures in relation to equipment repair and maintenance
  4. Manage Assets upgrading, tracking and utilizing
  5. Responsible for HSE policy implementation and incident reporting and accident recovery and investigations. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.
  6. Travel may be required on 24 hour call and be willing to perform various other duties assigned by supervisor/manager within the physical constraints of the job.
