[Head-Hunter] Moldshop Manager Required

We are a manufacturing company located in Cikarang barat-Bekasi, West Java, specializing in precision plastic injection molding with 69 unit Injection Molding machines to support our Injection Molding Division. In order to support our business growth, we have vacancy for talented person, as:

Moldshop Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Development, implementation, and monitoring of Moldshop work programs and targets (deadlines, output, quality) to support production targets and to improve machine productivity
• Direct supervision of the Moldshop Department including but not limited to:
• Supervision of daily activities
• Improving work flow and efficiency in the department
• Motivating subordinates, communicating and implementing policies
• Coordination with relevant departments and providing support where needed
• Advise the Management on all Moldshop related matters and give comprehensive recommendations for improvement and development

 

QUALIFICATION:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering from a reputable university
• Mature, highly analytical, good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with at least 5 years relevant operational experience in a manufacturing or Moldmaking environment
• Knowledgeable with international quality standards and procedures including ISO
• Preferably with exposure to or understanding of the plastic Injection molding & Mold making industry
• Good command of English and computer literate
