Our client, a leading ammonium nitrate producer located in Bontang - Kaltim, is seeking an experienced candidate for the following position : Production Superintendent Basic Job Purpose To manage the manufacturing operations production schedule to optimize plant efficiency of the Bontang Ammonium Nitrate Complex Provide direction and management of solutions to day to day operations, safety, and environmental opportunities and issues on the Ammonium Nitrate Complex To assist the Operations Manager in managing and developing the operations team within the Ammonium Nitrate Complex. To act in the role of second in charge to the Bontang Operations Manager To ensure the operations component of shutdown activities are managed in a safe and efficient manner Qualifications & Experience : Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering degree with five years or more of exposure to capital extensive chemical process industry Five or more years experience in the chemical manufacturing industry with positions which involved setting high safety, health, environment and manufacturing standards in addition to creating an environment of positive continuous improvement through close interaction and team work within workgroups Industry experience within Refining, Petrochemical or Processing, preferably is still active in such industries If you are the ones who meet those requirements, kindly send your comprehensive resume in Ms. Word format as soon as possible to : edwin-marta@jda-indonesia.co.id.
