Channel Compensation Staff
-----------------------------------

JOB DUTIES

• Processing all sales compensation related activities.
• Maintaining the company's Service Level Agreement
• Inputting the necessary data for company's sales compensation.
• Reconciliation the company's sales compensation & tax with Finance
• Processing banks' commission payouts
• Handling all inquiries on company's sales compensation
• Validating Medical Benefit
• Producing reports of statements on agent's commission,
bonuses and tax payment
• Checking and ensuring company's structure (movement, promotion /
demotion, reinstatement, termination) are correctly done in the
system before disbursement
• Preparing /updating the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and
Working Instruction (WI) related to her/his job description
• Conduct the testing (UAT) for related projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good communication skill in verbal and written
• English proficiency
• Good computer skill, MS office – especially in spreadsheet
• Hard worker and self motivated
• Organized
• Willing to work on extended hours when needed

Licensing Staff
-----------------------

JOB DUTIES
• Processing & Administering AAJI licensing (New & Renewal License) :
- Registrations for AAJI examination
- Payment processing
- Commission deduction processing
- Distributing exam materials and license cards
• Preparing monthly report
• Creating & updating Agent's Profile in System
• Checking Agency's data :
• To ensure that Agents' Codes and Agencies' Structures are
proper and accurate
• To ensure NPWP & Bank Accounts are correctly inputted in timely
manner

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma Graduate (D3) with Min GPA 2.75
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Well Organized, Accurate & Good Analytical Skills
• Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Office
