Our client, an ISO-certified plastic sheet manufacturer, based in TANGERANG, with global presence in international markets is currently looking for several candidates to be positioned as Research & Development Manager (RDM). With qualifications as for above positions follows:
1. S1 degree in Chemical Science / Chemical Engineering, prior to S2.
2. Male / Female, age 30 - 40 years old.
3. Min 7 years experience in Research & Development, preferably in
Chemical / Plastic / Pharmacy Industries, with min. 5 years in
managerial level.
4. Good knowledge in Chemical industries / application
5. Experienced with ISO 9001 system is required in addition to shop floor
management tools, such as 5R, QCC, QC System, TQM, etc.
6. Creative, innovative, strong leadership, problem solving, accurate,
analytical thinking, & have good communication and interpersonal skill.
7. Color blindness & have knowledge in color matching
8. Excellent skill in Ms Office.
9. Excellent English both written & oral.
