Our client, an international mineral-gold mining, is seeking a high caliber candidate for the following position :

Commercial Manager

Requirements

Master Degree in Accounting, CPA or equivalent qualifications
Five years experience in Commercial roles
Experience with Indonesian Commercial Taxation Law
Strong Communication Skills and English proficient
Skills in managing the relationships between the Managers

Responsibilities :

Managing and developing the Finance and Commercial functions
Managing the development of Commercial Business Plan, Annual Budget and Forecasts, Effective cost control and capital evaluation
Managing the relationships from a financial perspective between the Board, Department Managers, General Manager
Managing the provision of the effective management and Financial Accounting services
Performing the duties of Company Secretarial duties for the Board meeting and company register and legal documents
