Life Administration Division Head
Based in Jakarta
Reports to the Managing Director
Responsibilities:
Fully responsible to manage New Business, Underwriting, Claim, Billing and Collection Department effectively;
Provide easy flow for processing;
Ensure high standard in professionalism and customer oriented are shown;
Complain handling process;
Ensure response given within turn around time;
Provide training to all channel distribution
Qualifications:
Experience minimum 2 year as Claim Analyst in Life/Health Insurance Industry or experience as Medical Doctor Practitioner, or experience as Pharmacist is preferred;
Depth understanding in Claim Procedure;
Customer and Action oriented;
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skill;
Well organized, self motivated, able to work independently, under pressure and minimum supervision;
Good command in English and Indonesia;
Computer literate and good administrative
