OPERATIONS MANAGER - based in Singapore

 

Our client is the biggest local IT company in Singapore

 

 Requirements:

·               Minimum Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

·               Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in leading and guiding a team of Infrastructure Engineers in delivering network, server and desktop Services.

·               Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment, Lotus Notes email, LAN, WAN, firewall and desktop

·               Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or PR

·               Experience in managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and service delivery

·               Experience in resource planning and daily management of team's morale and performance

·               Good leadership (must have experience leading a team of at least 10 members) and Client management skills

·               Preferably have experience working in government environment

·               Any project management certification will be an added advantage (e.g. PMP, CITPM or COMIT)
